I've run out of ideas for her hair. It's getting longer but is still too short for much of anything. It's sooo frustrating that at least once a week she gets called a boy by a stranger. Ugh!Any ideas? Please be brutally honest. If she looks weird like this then I need to know!

I love the hair! I used to do this with Brooke's hair, but she was still called a boy. No matter how much pink I had her in, (pink shirt, pink pants, pink socks, pink headband, pink blanket, pink burpcloth, seriously it was all pink!!) someone would always call her a boy! I just don't think some people really care to look at the baby / kid. They just assume. And it makes their comments feel fake, doesn't it? Just remember it's what family and friends say that means the most anyway!
I think she looks adorable! Does it stay though? It looks like it is about my Emma's length and you can pull it into one of those little elastics and use a mini claw (walmart has a good selection)I can get that to usually stay for the whole day. Good luck, that is what is hard about girls-HAIR!

Thanks for all your input! I think I'm going to stick with the curl for a while. It's getting longer, but there isn't very much there for a little pony. AS SOON as there is, we're going to step it up a notch!
I am so scared to have a girl, I have a hard enough time with Ben's hair. Should I leave it long, should I part it, should I comb it down. It's stressful, I worry when someday I have to figure out curls and bows. With that said I love Emma's hair!
